  • 3 eggs
  • 1 jar junior apricot baby food
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix until well blended.

    Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
