  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1 (5 1/2 oz.) can apricot nectar
  • 1 (17 oz.) can apricot halves, drained and chopped
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened (or use carton of soft cream cheese)

Directions

    Sprinkle gelatin in cold water in 1-quart saucepan to soften. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin is dissolved.

    Remove from heat and stir in apricot nectar.
