  • 1 pt. buttermilk (2 c.)
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 6 oz. box apricot Jell-O

Directions

    Heat pineapple to boiling and then add Jell-O (no water); let cool.

    Mix Cool Whip and buttermilk together, then stir into Jell-O mixture.

    You will need to stir a long time before it's thoroughly mixed.

    Pour into a 9 x 9-inch dish and refrigerate.
