- 3 c. apricot nectar
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
- 1 c. chopped canned water packed apricots
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in saucepan.

2Heat until gelatin is completely dissolved.

3Place in bowl and freeze until partially frozen.

4Whip apricot mixture with electric mixer.

5Return to freezer until set.
