- 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 1 c grated Parmesan cheese
- Dash of garlic powder
- Dash of salt
- Lemon juice
Directions

1Drain artichokes well. Squeeze out all the juice.

2Break artichokes into small pieces and add mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese.

3Mix well. Add garlic powder and salt, mix.

4Place in shallow casserole/baking dish that you will serve from.

5Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 20 to 30 minutes or until brown on top.

6Remove from oven and blot excessive oil with paper towel. Serve immediately with Fritos (best large) or toast rounds.
