  • 1 bag (6 Oz. Size) Arugula
  • 1-1/2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cups Water
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt, More To Taste
  • 1/4 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

    In a blender or food processor, add garlic, arugula, lemon juice and water. Process until it becomes a creamy liquid. Add salt and Parmesan cheese and process until combined; slowly pour in the olive oil and pulse to combine. Refrigerate until ready to use.
