  • 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. chives, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. shallots, spring onions, or regular onions
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley or dried (use less dry)
  • 1 tsp. fresh tarragon or dry (use less dry)
