- 1 1/8 cups butter
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 12 eggs
- 2 cups self raising flour
- 2 oranges
Directions

1Seperate the 12 eggs and whisk them well with half a cup of sugar each. Whisk until thick.

2In the egg yolk mix, slowly add in the very soft butter.

3Then fold in the flour.

4Slowly stir in the rind and juice of 2 oranges.

5Very gently fold the egg white mix into the egg yolk mixture

6Bake in a well-lined tin at 175 degrees C for at least 45 mins or until done.
