  • 1 small head chopped lettuce
  • 1 pkg. frozen peas (still frozen)
  • 2 medium onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise (spread over top)
  • 1 layer chopped green olives
  • 1 lb. bacon, fried to a crisp and crumbled
  • 3 medium tomatoes, chopped

    Use a large flat dish and layer (in order listed): lettuce, frozen peas, sliced onions and mayonnaise (spread over top). Cover and refrigerate overnight, then continue layering before serving: olives, bacon and tomatoes.
