  • 3 each French baguettes (12 inch), cut diagonally into 1/2-inch-thick slices
  • 1-1/2 cups PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
  • 3 cups tomatoes, halved, seeded and chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 3/4 cup green onions, sliced

Directions

    Mix cream cheese, parsley and garlic until well blended.

    For each serving: Spread 1 rounded teaspoonful cream cheese mixture on each of 3 bread slices; sprinkle each slice with about 1/4 tsp.

    bacon, 2 tsp.

    tomato and 1/2 tsp.

    onion.

    Place on baking pan.

    Bake in 350F-convection oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
