- 14 cup butter
- 8 flat anchovy fillets, minced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
Directions

1In a heavy sauce pan, bring whipping cream to a boil and cook till reduced to half stirring frequently.

2Melt butter in another sauce pan and add anchovies and garlic.

3Cook till garlic is soft but do not brown.

4Stir in cream and bring to a simmer, do not boil.

5Pour into a small fondue pot and place over a warmer.
