Baked Bean Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 cans pork and beans
  • 1/4 c. ketchup
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of garlic powder
  • dash of A.1. sauce
  • dash of mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. molasses

Directions

    Saute bacon, diced, until almost crisp.

    Saute onion in bacon fat until crisp.

    Drain fat.

    Combine bacon, onion, pork and beans, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, A.1., mustard and molasses.

    Pour into one-quart casserole.

    Bake, uncovered, in a 375° oven for 55 minutes.

    Stir occasionally. Makes six servings.
