- butter or margarine
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Place chicken parts, skin side up, in dry roast pan.

3Roll loose skin under each piece.

4Place a thin pat of butter on each piece and salt and pepper generously.

5Bake for 1 hour, reversing pan after first half hour.

6Baste several times during baking with juice which accumulates.

7Juice may be used for gravy.
