- 1 round Gouda
- 1 small pkg. crescent rolls (4 roll pkg.)
- mustard
- egg white
- sesame seed
- crackers (optional)
Directions

1Unroll crescent rolls and seal all seams together by pinching and patting.

2Spread mustard over sealed crescent rolls.

3Remove wax cover from Gouda and place cheese in center of crescent rolls. Bring corners of dough up and over Gouda, gathering edges and making sure none of the seams come open.

4Brush top of dough with egg white and sprinkle with sesame seed.

5Bake according to directions on crescent roll can.

6Serve with crackers, if desired.
