  • 1 (1 lb.) precooked ham steak
  • 2 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard

Directions

    Put ham steak in a microwave baking dish.

    Cover with waxed paper and cook on Medium for 4 minutes.

    Remove from oven.

    Drain and reserve juices.

    Mix juices with brown sugar and mustard. Spread over top of steak.

    Cook, uncovered, on Medium for 2 minutes.

    Cover loosely and let stand for 2 or 3 minutes before serving.
