- 1 lb. lasagne noodles
- 1 large jar tomato sauce
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
- 8 oz. Mozzarella, shredded
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
Directions

1Mix sauce and ground beef.

2Cook lasagne noodles.

3Make filling.

4Place a little sauce in bottom of greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

5Alternate layers of lasagne, cheese filling, meat sauce and lasagne.

6Allow ends to extend up sides of pan.

7Fold extended ends back over top and cover with sauce.

8Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.

9Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
