- 1 cup apple chopped
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup dates
Directions

1Combine oats, walnuts, raisins, and salt in a bowl and mix well.

2In a separate container combine water and vanilla. Combine all ingredients, stirring gently.

3Pour into oiled 8- by 8-inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Stir in dates and serve.
