  • 2 to 3 large baking potatoes, diced
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 to 2 carrots, diced
  • 1/2 tsp. dill
  • 1/2 tsp. parsley
  • 3 to 4 c. thin white sauce
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • crumbed cooked bacon
  • shredded cheese

Directions

    Combine first 6 ingredients and cover with water.

    Bring to a boil.

    Cook until tender; drain.

    Add white sauce.

    Mix in creamed corn.

    Simmer until thick.

    Add more milk if it is too thick. Serve with bacon and cheese.
