- 1 lb. thin spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. chopped pepper
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 (32 oz.) jar sauce
- 10 oz. cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
Directions

1Cook spaghetti; break into 2-inch pieces.

2Combine cooked spaghetti with oleo, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and egg; set aside.

3Brown hamburger with onion, green pepper, sugar, oregano and garlic salt.

4Add to this the spaghetti sauce.

5Cream together the cottage cheese, parsley and seasoned salt.

6Line a 9 x 12-inch pan with half of spaghetti, half of sauce mixture, then all of cottage cheese mixture.

7Add remaining spaghetti mixture.

8Top with rest of the sauce.

9Sprinkle 4 ounces of Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.

10You can make a day ahead and refrigerate, but allow more cooking time.
