  • 5 lb. chicken in serving pieces
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. Balsamic vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 3 scallions, minced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cracked pepper
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • Tabasco to taste
