Banana Split Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 sticks margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 to 4 bananas, sliced
  • 2 lb. can pineapple, crushed and drained
  • 9 oz. or 12 oz. Cool Whip
  • 3/4 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 small jar cherries, chopped

Directions

    Mix cracker crumbs and 1 stick melted margarine.

    Press into 13 x 9-inch pan. In mixing bowl, cream eggs, 2 sticks margarine (melted), powdered sugar and vanilla.

    Beat with mixer 15 minutes, no less.

    Spread over crumbs.

    Slice bananas thin, and layer pineapple.

    Top with Cool Whip.

    Sprinkle with pecans and cherries.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
