Ingredients
- 1 lb. dry lima beans
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 2 c. catsup
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 or 3 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 lb. franks
- 1/4 lb. sharp cheese
Directions

1Cook dry beans in salt water until done.

2Drain.

3Place all ingredients in a baking dish and let it set overnight. Refrigerate, covered.

4Put in oven the next day and let cook, covered, for 30 minutes.

5Then remove cover and stir.

6Slice franks.

7Place cheese in the middle.

8Place franks on top of casserole.

9Cook at 375° until brown.
