Ingredients

  • 1 can cut green beans
  • 1 can yellow wax beans
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 2/3 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • celery or celery seed (if desired)

Directions

    Drain beans and mix with other ingredients.

    Mix oil, vinegar, salt and sugar. Add to the bean mixture.

    Chill and serve.

    Better after 12 to 24 hours.
