- 1 can English peas (small)
- 1 can midget butter beans
- 1 small jar pimiento
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 large onion, separated into rings
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. salad oil
Directions

1Combine string beans, peas, butter beans, pimiento, celery and onion in bowl.

2Combine vinegar, salt and salad oil and shake in jar to mix.

3Pour over vegetables and leave in refrigerator overnight.
