  • 2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. dark brown sugar
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 (No. 303) can green lima beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (No. 303) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (No. 303) can pork and beans
  • bacon strips

Directions

    Brown beef with onion in skillet.

    Add ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar and salt.

    Add all beans.

    Turn into large casserole dish; top with bacon strips.

    Bake at 325° for approximately 1 hour. Serves 12 to 15.
