- 1 pkg. corn tortillas
- 1/2 lb. American cheese, grated
- 1/2 lb. white American cheese, grated
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 can red enchilada sauce
- 1 can chili (no beans)
Directions

1Mix cheeses and set aside.

2Cook ground beef.

3Drain grease and add chili and enchilada sauce.

4Let cook 5 minutes. Butter tops of each tortilla. Wrap in plastic wrap and microwave until real warm (1 to 2 minutes).

5Fill tortillas. Add cheese, roll and place, fold side down, in long casserole dish.

6Pour leftover mixture on top. Cook 30 minutes at 350°.

7Add more cheese on top and let melt.
