- 1 lb. of stew, steak meat
- 2 cups sliced button
- baby bella mushrooms
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 cups V8 juice
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Egg noodles
Directions

1Heat pan over medium heat and sautee mushrooms ( not completely done, because they will continue to cook in the sauce) for a few minutes with olive oil.

2Set aside.

3Season meat with salt and pepper, and brown.

4Drain access fat.

5Add V8 juice and mushrooms and lots of pepper.

6Simmer for about 40 minutes, but the longer it simmers the yummier the sauce will be, and more tender the meat.

7Add sour cream for the last 15 minutes.

8Serve over egg noodles.
