  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. beet juice
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. horseradish
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 1 (16 oz.) can shoestring beets or sliced and cut, drained well

Directions

    Dissolve jello in boiling water; add sugar, beet juice, vinegar, horseradish and sour cream.
