- 6 -8 potatoes
- 0.5 (8 ounce) package light cream cheese
- 14 cup light parmesan cheese
- 12 cup cheddar cheese
- 14 teaspoon thyme
- salt & pepper
Directions

1Boil enough water to cover potatoes.

2Cut the potatoes, but leave the skins on and put them in the boiling water.

3Once they are cooked, drain them.

4Add all the remaining ingredients and mash (I use an electric mixer and whip them).
