Better Butter

Directions

   Equally divide the whipping cream into 2 (2 1/2 pint) jars with screw on lids.

   Shake the jars as hard as you can until butter forms.

   Use a spoon to dip the butter into a bowl.

   Stir in a dash of salt.

   Spread on hot bread.

   Extra good with a little honey.
