- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 3/4 c. milk
Directions

1Place flour in medium mixing bowl.

2In small bowl, mix oil and water.

3Add to flour all at once.

4Stir until all the flour is wet.

5Turn out on lightly floured surface.

6Knead 10 times.

7Roll out until dough is about as thick as your first finger is.

8Cut with biscuit cutter or 2-inch glass.

9Leftover dough may be gathered and rekneaded about 5 times.

10Flatten and cut as before. Bake in 450° oven on ungreased baking sheet until brown.

11Serve hot!
