- 3 Tbsp. shortening
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Measure flour.

2Add shortening and cut or rub into flour.

3Add milk a little at a time.

4Whip up dough with a heavy spoon.

5Roll 3/4-inch thick and cut with biscuit cutter.

6Place on baking sheet and bake in a 425° oven for 15 minutes.
