  • 3 Tbsp. shortening
  • 1 c. milk

    Measure flour.

    Add shortening and cut or rub into flour.

    Whip up dough with a heavy spoon.

    Roll 3/4-inch thick and cut with biscuit cutter.

    Place on baking sheet and bake in a 425° oven for 15 minutes.
