  • 30 Ritz crackers, crushed until fine
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 c. softened vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • whipped topping and chocolate curls (for garnish)

Directions

    Mix together cracker crumbs and melted butter.

    Press into pie pan.

    Beat pudding mix, ice cream and milk for 1 minute.

    Pour into cooled pie shell. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Top with whipped topping and chocolate curls.
