- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Beat the first 4 ingredients together.

2Add chocolate chips and set aside.

3Sift the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.

4Stir in oil, water and vanilla.

5Fill 15 cupcake liners 1/3 full of chocolate batter.

6Drop 1 heaping teaspoon of cream cheese mixture on to the top of cupcake.

7Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
