  • 70 grams Blueberries
  • 1 Egg
  • 40 grams Sugar
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 60 grams Flour
  • 125 ml Milk
  • 100 ml Heavy cream
  • 10 grams Browned butter
  • 1 Powdered sugar
