- 70 grams Blueberries
- 1 Egg
- 40 grams Sugar
- 1 dash Salt
- 60 grams Flour
- 125 ml Milk
- 100 ml Heavy cream
- 10 grams Browned butter
- 1 Powdered sugar
Directions

1Lightly butter the pan (not listed in the ingredients), and lightly sprinkle with flour.

2In a bowl, combine the ingredients in the order listed.

3Using a whisk, mix lightly without incorporating too much air into the mixture.

4Make sure to break up the lumps formed at the bottom of the bowl.
