- 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 2 oz. Blue cheese
- 1/4 tsp. granulated garlic
- 2 Tbsp. finely minced onion
Directions

1Divide meat into eight portions.

2Flatten each portion into a thin patty.

3In a small bowl, combine cheeses with a fork until well blended.

4Add garlic and onion, mixing well.

5Divide the cheese mixture between four patties, topping with the remaining patties.

6Seal each patty.

7Place on a platter and put in the freezer about 1/2 hour before grilling to seal patties well. Grill over hot charcoal until well browned.
