Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, skinned and boned (4 pieces)
- 1 or 2 eggs, beaten
- flour
- salt and pepper
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 slices ham
- 4 slices Mozzarella cheese
- 1 bunch broccoli or 1 pkg. frozen
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1/3 c. melted butter
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Pound chicken breasts between wax paper.

2Dip in beaten egg, then flour, salt and pepper.

3Mix together.

4Saute in butter and olive oil until tender, 15 minutes.

5Cook broccoli until tender and drain.

6Arrange broccoli in 9 x 12 baking dish.

7Pour 1/2 cup butter over broccoli, then grated Parmesan cheese.

8Place chicken on top of broccoli, then ham and Mozzarella cheese.

9Pour over bouillon cube, mixed with 1/2 cup of water.

10Cover and bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.

11Makes 4 to 6 servings.
