- 4 lb. bear meat
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- vegetable oil
- 8 carrots, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 green peppers, sliced
- 2 cans tomatoes
Directions

1Cut meat into bite-size portions.

2Roll in flour seasoned with salt, garlic powder, paprika, parsley and pepper.

3Brown in oil and add carrots, onion and green pepper; brown these.

4Add tomatoes and simmer for 2 hours until meat is tender.

5Serve over rice.
