- wild ducks, dressed
- sherry wine
- celery salt
- curry powder
- salt and pepper
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
Directions

1Place ducks in baking pan, breasts up.

2Season each duck with 1/2 teaspoon each: celery salt, curry powder, pepper and salt. Let stand for about 1 hour.

3Add onion and celery to the pan along with 1/2-inch of water.

4Bake at 500° for about 20 minutes.

5Turn the ducks and bake until backs are brown.

6Cover and cook for 1 hour at 300°.
