  • 1 large can pineapple slices
  • 1 can peach halves
  • 1 can apricot halves
  • 1 can pears
  • 1 small jar cherries
  • 1/4 c. brandy
  • 1/2 c. fruit juice
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar

    Open cans, drain fruits, retaining about 1/2 cup to make syrup with brandy and brown sugar.

    Arrange fruit with pineapple on bottom in large baking dish.

    Drizzle brandy/fruit/brown sugar mixture over fruit.

    Bake at 350° until fruit is heated through, about 30 minutes.
