  • 4 c. bread crumbs (made from stale French bread, grated)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 c. seedless raisins
  • 1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon extract
  • 3 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
