- 1/3 loaf bread (approximately)
- 1/3 c. brown sugar (packed)
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/3 c. raisins
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/3 c. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- dash of salt
- 2 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2In a 1 1/2 quart casserole, tear bread. In mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients and stir thoroughly. Pour over bread and add more bread as needed to absorb mixture. Bake 65 to 70 minutes.

3Serve hot or cold.
