- 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
- 3 slices bread, cubed
- 6 to 8 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 8 oz. shredded cheese
Directions

1Put bread cubes on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan casserole dish.

2Crumble sausage over bread, then cheese.

3Mix eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard together; pour over cheese.

4Refrigerate overnight.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
