- 6 eggs or substitute
- 2 c. skim milk
- 1 lb. light sausage
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 slices bread, cubed
- 1 c. lo-fat cheese
Directions

1Saute sausage and drain and roll in paper towels.

2Beat eggs, milk and salt.

3Layer sausage, cheese and cubes of bread in a casserole dish.

4Pour egg mixture on top.

5Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until done.
