  • 6 eggs or substitute
  • 2 c. skim milk
  • 1 lb. light sausage
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 slices bread, cubed
  • 1 c. lo-fat cheese

Directions

    Saute sausage and drain and roll in paper towels.

    Beat eggs, milk and salt.

    Layer sausage, cheese and cubes of bread in a casserole dish.

    Pour egg mixture on top.

    Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until done.
