  • 2 Pillsbury refrigerated classic pizza crust
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar salsa
  • 1 lb sausage or 1 lb bacon
  • 18 eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • sour cream (optional)
  • jalapeno (optional)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375.

    Press dough onto greased large pizza pan.

    Bake crust 5-7 minutes until slightly brown.

    Remove from oven & set aside.

    Meanwhile, cook meat; drain & set aside.

    Scramble eggs in large skillet.

    Spread salsa over pizza crust.

    Top with meat, eggs & cheese.

    Bake 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted & pizza is heated through.

    Serve hot & top with sour cream &/or jalapenos (optional).
