- 2 Pillsbury refrigerated classic pizza crust
- 1 (12 ounce) jar salsa
- 1 lb sausage or 1 lb bacon
- 18 eggs
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- sour cream (optional)
- jalapeno (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375.

2Press dough onto greased large pizza pan.

3Bake crust 5-7 minutes until slightly brown.

4Remove from oven & set aside.

5Meanwhile, cook meat; drain & set aside.

6Scramble eggs in large skillet.

7Spread salsa over pizza crust.

8Top with meat, eggs & cheese.

9Bake 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted & pizza is heated through.

10Serve hot & top with sour cream &/or jalapenos (optional).
