- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 4 tomatoes (firm like Roma)
- 1/2 c. fresh basil
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/2 c. white wine
- pepper and salt
- wedge of Brie
- 1 lb. pasta (thin type)
Directions

1Chop garlic, tomatoes and basil.

2Clean off the coating on Brie and shred.

3Mix all of these ingredients with oil, wine and season. Let stand at room temperature.

4Boil pasta, al dente.

5Drain and mix with Brie mixture; serve.
