Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 4 tomatoes (firm like Roma)
  • 1/2 c. fresh basil
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • pepper and salt
  • wedge of Brie
  • 1 lb. pasta (thin type)

Directions

    Chop garlic, tomatoes and basil.

    Clean off the coating on Brie and shred.

    Mix all of these ingredients with oil, wine and season. Let stand at room temperature.

    Boil pasta, al dente.

    Drain and mix with Brie mixture; serve.
