  • 1 can beer - (12 ounce)
  • 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1/3 c. light oil (Canola is good)
  • 1 sm onion diced
  • 3 x garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cayenne

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together in a sauce pan over low heat.

    Cook till thoroughly dissolved.

    Mop over brisket ever hour till brisket is cooked.

    Brisket will take 1 to 1 1/4 hrs per lb.

    in a smoker at about 200 to 220 degrees.
