Broccoli Casserole

  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. grated carrots
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 3/4 c. stuffing mix
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions

    Cook broccoli and drain.

    Blend together soup and flour; add sour cream, carrots, onion, salt and pepper.

    Stir in broccoli and turn in 2-quart casserole.

    Combine stuffing mix and butter. Sprinkle on top of broccoli.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
