Broccoli Cheese Casserole

  • 1 lb. broccoli
  • 2 pkg. Ritz crackers
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 can cream of Cheddar soup
  • 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Crunch up 1 roll of crackers; lay in bottom of 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

    Melt butter; pour over crackers for crust.

    Put broccoli in.

    In saucer, mix milk and soup, then 1/2 the cheese. Pour over broccoli.

    Slice other 1/2 cheese.

    Put in chunks on top, then crush other 1/2 of crackers and put on top.

    Put in oven at 350° for 20 minutes.
