  • 7 ounces, weight Fusilli Pasta
  • 7 ounces, weight Pork Sausage Stuffing
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cups Grated Parmesan
  • 4 cups Fresh Broccoli Cut Up In Florets

Directions

    Cook the pasta as directed on the package and drain, keep some of the cooking liquid.

    Boil the broccoli florets for 2 minutes, rinse with cold water.

    Chop the garlic finely.
  4. 4
    Heat the olive oil in a skillet and fry the chopped garlic until its softened, dont let it get too brown.

    Add the sausage stuffing and cook.

    When its done, add the broccoli, pasta and a good amount of grated parmesan and mix together.

    Add some liquid from the pasta if it is too dry.

    Season to taste with salt and freshly grated black pepper.

    Serve on a plate with some extra parmesan grated over.
